Living Room
Controlled splashes of Bolshevik bring spirit to this Newport, RI, living board, where designer 1000000 Braff mixed glamorous chinoiserie pieces with old-fashioned ones to give traditional interior decoration a smart, modern birl. A tight-back Bridgewater sofa Braff has had always was reupholstered by Michael Milillo in Duralee cream linen paper. The blanc de Chine ceramic garden seat came from Franklin & Company.

Colored Dining Room
Ingratiatory all possible sophistication from a primary vividness palette, Meg Braff created a dining room where lighthearted enchant prevails. The mantelpiece is painted in Farrowing & Ball's Blazer. The round table is from Edward D. White Fine Furnishings. Chinese-style fretwork lacquered dining chairs are from C. Bell. The chandelier is by Currey &adenosine monophosphate; Company.

Whiten Kitchen
Newport-based architect Steven Laurin designed the kitchen island, reminiscent of a farm table omit for its top of Caesar stone, a quartz composite from CaesarStone USA. Braff chose the Sloan Street Shop Light, a large double pendant fixture from Visual Soothe, to balance out the large island and warm up the room: "Information technology's more atmospheric than recessed lighting, and it's nice having linen sunglasses as conflicting to bimetallic ones."

Master Bedroom
Braff's basic leverage for the master bedroom — an antique barley twist four-poster bed — gives great calm to the space. The bedskirt is Bijoux Stripe by Red China Seas finished Quadrille. The mate of chairs flanking the fireplace are from Franklin &ere; Company and they're clothed in a Brunschwig & Yemeni fils animal photographic print. The Poppy sisal rug is from Country Carpet & Rug. Bedside lamps are by Refulgence.

Asian-Influenced Priv
Delightfully busy and piquant Jardin Chinois Red paper from Waterhouse Wallhangings masks the flaws of an awkwardly attribute powder room. The window shade is Cire red linen by Lee Jofa with Clarence Household Greek Key taping.

Vanity in the Guest Room
Tonic and clean in blue and white, the captain bandaging room has a Patrick White desk from Bungalow 5. If an used piece ISN't terribly valuable, Braff has no more qualms or so painting it. The vintage desk chair was a darker color when she first found it at Franklin Cruise Antiques.

Sitting Area in the Guest Board
Seen from another tip over, the master fecundation room has nothing to do with staying in allude with the office and everything to do with kicking endorse. Chinese Lattice wallpaper from Cork Collins has a fun, 1950s resort reckon.

Farrow & Ball's Patent Stripe grim paper with Stone Blue painted trim gives the library walls cryptic deepness, making it an region backdrop for evening cocktails. Braff found the Heriz carpet, lounge, and armchairs at auction bridge. The coffee table is by Brunschwig &A; Fils. White ceramic pagodas on the mantelpiece are from Franklin & Caller. Above the sofa are new prints of Chinese palaces from Trowbridge Gallery, Capital of the United Kingdom.
